When you deposit digital currency into MXC, the platform indicates that your deposit has succeeded, but why it takes so long to arrive at your MXC account?
There are three steps for asset transfer in blockchain: withdrawal - blocks confirmation - arrive at your account.
Step 1: “Transfer Succeeded” only means that the Withdrawal Platform or Wallet has completed the transfer.
Step 2: The transfer has to be verified by the blocks. But due to block congestion or delay, the confirmation may not be completed in time.
Step 3: After block confirmation completed, MXC will process your deposit as soon as possible.
- You may also request TXID from the withdrawal side to view the progress.
- If the blocks “ confirmed success” but failed to arriveat your MXC account, please contact MXC customer service and provide your MXC email account, currency and txid.
- If the blocks shows “pending” , please be patient and wait the blocks confirmation. Only after thatthe deposit could be done.
- If you withdrawtoken from other platforms to MXC but TXID hasn’t been received after a long time, please contact their customer service.
